In the Suzhou Green Treasure construction project undertaken by Zhongtian Anti-Static Flooring Company, a quiet battle for safety and quality is underway. As a core hub for regional digital construction, the project imposes nearly stringent requirements on anti-static flooring performance, needing to simultaneously meet multiple demands such as stable equipment operation, electromagnetic compatibility, and efficient heat dissipation.  

From the very beginning of the project, the Zhongtian team demonstrated an extremely high level of professionalism. The technical lead guided the team to thoroughly inspect the site, quickly designing a 20mm thick self-leveling solution to address subtle unevenness in the data center floor, and applied environmentally friendly moisture-proof coatings for foundational treatment, laying a solid groundwork for subsequent construction. In building the shielding system, the team meticulously installed a 30×0.3mm copper foil shielding layer, closely connected to the equipotential grounding network, forming a comprehensive electromagnetic protection system.

During the construction phase, the Zhongtian team pursued perfection in every detail. The floor pedestals were installed using laser positioning technology, ensuring that the height difference between adjacent panels was strictly controlled within 0.3mm. For the complex piping layout in the data center, the team innovatively used a modular splicing technique, which both ensured the overall strength of the flooring and facilitated future maintenance. During logistics and transportation, through customized packaging and a professional handling team, over 3,000 floor panels were delivered without a single defect.
